Sales Specialist – Graduate Development Program

About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as a Sales Specialist. You will work on building customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering tailored electrical solutions while gaining exposure to multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and departmental objectives.
• Expand the customer base through business development activities.
• Secure new orders, renew existing orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare and issue customer price quotations.
• Process Letter of Guarantee applications with the Finance Department.
• Prepare project reports and profit analysis for contract reviews.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Planning Department before purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• 0‑2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Knowledge of sales operations and customer relationship management.
• Quotation preparation.
• Reporting and profit analysis.
