Sales Specialist – Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our interior design studio. The role involves guiding prospective clients through the design and contracting process, presenting proposals and converting them into signed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, showroom visits and referrals.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, budget and timeline.
• Present design concepts, portfolios and pricing proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Follow up on pending proposals to maximise conversion.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure proposals match client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals and closed deals in the CRM.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (interior design or architecture background a plus).
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, real estate or a consultative‑sales environment.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
