Sales Supervisor – Damietta

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of 6‑7 sales representatives in Damietta, driving volume growth and category superiority for Beyti, an Almarai subsidiary. The role focuses on route efficiency, promotion execution, and stock availability across retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume plans and support category growth against competition.
• Conduct weekly route control, work‑with sessions, and 1:1 meetings with the team.
• Analyze routes continuously to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement launch and promotion plans, ensuring adherence to company execution standards.
• Set targets for team members (volume, shelf space, etc.) and monitor performance against those targets.
• Perform weekly field visits with sales reps, providing feedback and coaching.
• Eliminate out‑of‑stock situations and ensure proper execution of new product introductions.
• Oversee Customer Development Agreements (CDA) and promotion calendars.
• Supervise daily activities, performance development, hiring/firing, and work assignments for the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Currently residing in Damietta, Egypt.
