Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, people‑focused Sales Team Leader to drive performance of a group of Property Consultants. The role combines hands‑on selling with coaching, ensuring the team consistently exceeds its targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate Property Consultants to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Monitor the full sales funnel – lead management, conversion rates, pipeline health and closing efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and develop on‑the‑job development plans.
• Support consultants with complex client cases, negotiations and high‑value opportunities.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, sales tracking, reporting and operational discipline.
• Drive accountability through daily follow‑ups, pipeline reviews and target management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee smooth client experiences.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and mentoring new Property Consultants.
• Maintain strong market awareness of developers, projects, payment plans and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in real‑estate sales or high‑performance sales environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate market, developers and investment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High ownership, accountability and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
