Salesforce Associate Technical Architect

About the role

Arcsen, a global technology consulting firm serving clients across EMEA, is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect in Maadi. The role covers the design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions, working with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical designs that use the full power of the Salesforce platform. It calls for strong technical expertise, leadership and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Gather and analyse requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Guide and lead development teams through the project lifecycle, mentoring developers and reviewing code.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems and manage data migration and data quality.
• Define and enforce governance policies, security controls and compliance standards.
• Create technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design specifications and deployment plans.
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and stay up to date with Salesforce updates and trends.
• Drive efficiency through Agile and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a track record of successful delivery.
• Experience in a technical leadership role overseeing Salesforce development teams.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce configuration, Apex and Visualforce customisation, and Lightning component development.
• Salesforce integration patterns and tools such as REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft and Informatica.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model and declarative capabilities.
