Salesforce Integration Developer - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's business application consulting team helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support. This Senior Associate role focuses on Salesforce service applications for customer service and support, and involves designing, developing and implementing integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware and other integration tools, with a focus on MuleSoft.
• Use the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to build, deploy and manage APIs and integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse integration requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
• Maintain integration solutions so that data is accurate and systems are reliable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and optimise processes for performance and scalability.
• Maintain documentation of integration configurations, including API specifications and flow diagrams.
• Mentor and support junior developers.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform and integration technologies, including MuleSoft.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: cloud integration platforms, data management and security best practices, and Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications.

Required skills

• Programming in Apex, Java or JavaScript
• API development and integration tools, especially MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer certification, MuleSoft Certified Developer
