Salesforce Technical Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a Salesforce Technical Manager to lead its growing Salesforce practice in Cairo. The role combines consulting expertise with hands‑on technical leadership to deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership of the new Salesforce practice and actively contribute to the delivery team.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior consultants, developers and administrators.
• Deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions on time, within scope and budget for clients across EMEA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams (UK, Germany, other EMEA locations) to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Salesforce delivery teams in a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to coach and develop junior talent.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a global mindset.
• Track record of managing projects that meet scope, schedule, quality and budget constraints.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (development and administration).
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and customization.
