SAP FI Tax & DRC Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI professional to lead Tax and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) initiatives at the Associate Manager level. The role will drive design, configuration and deployment of SAP Tax and DRC solutions, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and seamless integration with finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and roll‑out SAP Tax and DRC processes, including e‑invoicing and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and legal teams to gather requirements and align solutions with regulatory needs.
• Integrate Tax and DRC functionalities with SAP FI/CO, REX and related modules for end‑to‑end process flow.
• Support unit, integration and User Acceptance Testing to guarantee system readiness.
• Maintain tax configuration documentation, calculation rules and reporting templates.
• Track and resolve issues, defects and regulatory queries, escalating when necessary.
• Mentor junior team members on SAP Tax and DRC topics.
• Monitor legislative changes and update SAP settings to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in SAP Finance with a focus on Tax and DRC.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Tax and DRC modules.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
