SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

About the role

The SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant will act as the bridge between Finance & Accounting and IT, ensuring that SAP supports all financial operations, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document Finance and Accounting business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Budgeting, Tax, etc.).
• Maintain financial organisational structures such as Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variants and posting rules.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation, including inter‑company eliminations and currency translation.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, HCM, PP functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end process integration.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
