SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Associate Manager to lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, guide cross‑functional teams and ensure that compensation processes align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors, including salary review cycles, bonus plans, and variable pay programs.
• Define and maintain pay structures, eligibility rules, and approval workflows.
• Integrate compensation data with Employee Central, payroll and finance systems.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and track project plans, support testing, UAT and go‑live activities.
• Mentor team members and promote a collaborative environment.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous‑improvement solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong experience in business process design and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, manage projects and mentor teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
