SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Rewards Consultant (Senior Associate level) with 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The consultant delivers strategic compensation solutions aligned with business goals and employee engagement strategies, working closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines and route maps.
• Design and implement business rules and workflows for salary planning, bonus programs and equity awards.
• Collaborate with Employee Central and Performance Management teams for seamless integration.
• Run requirement-gathering workshops and turn business needs into system configurations.
• Manage data uploads, validation and compensation cycle execution.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts and user training materials, deliver training and support UAT.
• Stay up to date with SAP release features and apply best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
• SAP Certified Associate for SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of compensation planning processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI, Boomi or other middleware tools is a plus.
