SAP SuccessFactors PMGM & SPCPD Consultant (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Career & Succession Planning (SPCPD) Consultant to join our HR Technology team in Cairo. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting the PMGM module while collaborating with HR and technical stakeholders to improve performance management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for performance and goal management.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, including goal plans, performance forms, rating scales, competencies, and continuous performance management.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects: workshops, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with integration and technical teams.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT and UAT, and support data migration and validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Deliver user training and create functional documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Succession) as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2 years focused on Performance & Goals Management.
• Experience on a minimum of two full SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR performance management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
