SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Advisory practice in Cairo is looking for a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant with 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting RCM (Recruiting Management), RMK (Recruiting Marketing) and ONB (Onboarding 2.0) modules. The consultant delivers end-to-end solutions that improve the talent acquisition and onboarding experience for clients across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Configure and customize RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0, including job requisitions, candidate profiles, onboarding tasks and email services.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Work with Employee Central consultants to integrate Recruiting, Onboarding and Core HR.
• Run requirement-gathering workshops and turn business needs into system configurations.
• Manage data mapping and migration for recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts and user training manuals, deliver training and support UAT.
• Stay up to date with SAP releases and apply best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• SAP Certified Associate for SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 (preferred).
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of RCM/RMK/ONB.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, onboarding journeys and integration points.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
