SAP Test Manager (ETIC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead testing activities for our SAP projects in Cairo. The role involves defining test strategies, managing test teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for SAP solutions.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and oversee SIT/UAT cycles for medium‑to‑large projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
• Set and review UAT strategies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate test progress, risks, and results to stakeholders through clear reporting.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency.
• Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on impact.
• Monitor defect tracking, drive timely resolution, and collaborate with development teams.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies.
• Promote continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on SAP.
• Proven experience managing SIT/UAT cycles in medium‑big scale projects.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
