Science Teacher

About the role

The Science Teacher will join a school in Giza on a full‑time, on‑site basis, delivering engaging science lessons that build students’ understanding of core concepts and practical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver science lessons across various grade levels.
• Design and conduct experiments and hands‑on activities.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback and keep accurate progress records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student learning.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Required profile

• Strong background in Science Education with the ability to teach core scientific concepts.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Physics and related scientific disciplines.
• Solid understanding of Mathematics to support interdisciplinary teaching.
• Qualified Teacher status with experience in classroom management and alignment to educational standards.
• Relevant teaching certification and a bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Science, or a related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
