Scrum Master Graduate Program (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC's Advisory practice in Cairo is offering a Graduate Program for motivated graduates to become professional Scrum Masters within its Technology advisory line. The program gives hands-on experience, training and mentorship to support Agile teams, and is open to fluent German speakers. It is an intern/trainee position.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and support Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-value products.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Organize and run Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized product backlog.
• Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics.
• Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to spread Agile best practices.
• Help build a positive, open and accountable team environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final year) in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Interest in Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn; previous Agile experience (internships, university projects or certifications) is a plus.
