Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and expand our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will combine deep SEO and SEM expertise with a proven track record of generating qualified leads, preferably in the furniture or interior design sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and optimise on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives.
• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads (search, display, retargeting) campaigns.
• Maintain and improve website performance on WordPress, including content, UX and SEO enhancements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market insight studies.
• Optimise landing pages and sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with design, content and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and performance‑marketing.
• Google Ads/Analytics certification preferred.
• Experience in the furniture, interior design, luxury or lifestyle sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
