Section Head - Internal Communications

About the role

The Section Head of Internal Communications will lead Juhayna’s internal communication ecosystem, ensuring consistent, segmented messaging across all business units and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internal channel strategy and manage the enterprise intranet (People Zone / SAP WorkZone integrated with SAP SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate multi‑facility communications, operational announcements, and corporate events.
• Drive cultural transformation through employee campaigns, storytelling, and innovation platforms.
• Revitalize internal recognition programs and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Partner with functional heads to design visual identity updates and launch communications for internal development arms such as the Sales Academy.
• Advise executive leadership and HR on change‑management communication strategies.
• Measure, analyse and report channel performance, campaign results and employee sentiment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale communication programs in a multi‑site environment.
