Security Delivery Associate Manager

About the role

The Security Delivery Associate Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of security projects and services for Vodafone Business clients. This senior position ensures that security initiatives are executed efficiently, align with organisational goals, and meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of security services, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Manage large‑scale security projects, controlling risks, scope, resources and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop security delivery teams, conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative culture.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to service continuity and track performance metrics for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI‑DSS) and support audit readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
• At least 5 years in security delivery or service delivery management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale security programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
