About the role
The Security Manager will oversee the safety and security of La Hacienda's hotel and resort facilities in Ras Sedr, ensuring a secure environment for staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement security plans, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Supervise and train security staff, raising security awareness across departments.
- Monitor and analyze security reports, preparing final reports for senior management.
- Coordinate entry/exit control for employees and visitors, and manage guard posts.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations, fire and civil defense systems, and occupational health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in hospitality.
- Military background (Police or Army) is mandatory.
- Leadership and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
Required skills
- Knowledge of alarm systems
- Risk management training
- Firefighting certification
- First aid certification
