Security Officer / CCTV Operator

About the role

The Security Officer – CCTV Operator ensures the safety of company premises, employees and assets by continuously monitoring video surveillance systems. The role demands high attention to detail, confidentiality and rapid response to any security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to detect suspicious activities, safety hazards or policy violations.
• Report incidents, security breaches or unusual behavior immediately to the Security Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents and system operations.
• Verify that all CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and perform routine checks on cameras and recording systems.
• Follow company policies on data protection, confidentiality and security procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or any Bachelor degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security‑related role (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
