Security Officer

About the role

As a Security Officer you will be the guardian of safety for guests, employees and the property at a hotel that belongs to the Accor network. You will work on‑site, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment while representing the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall safety and security of guests, staff and hotel premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law, property policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd‑control activities.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful and courteous manner.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
