Segment Sales Manager – Smart Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Segment Sales Manager to lead sales in the Smart Infrastructure segment, covering data centres, airports, smart cities, transportation (metro/rail) and large commercial facilities. The role focuses on delivering integrated solutions from our Industrial Automation, Software and Digital Energy divisions to create efficient, secure and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business within major infrastructure projects, collaborating with developers, EPC contractors and government entities.
• Drive adoption of solutions such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Energy Automation and low/medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Champion Digital Twin and Unified Engineering solutions to streamline design, construction and operations of smart buildings and facilities.
• Position the company as the preferred partner for energy efficiency and power management in mission‑critical environments like data centres.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial concept and FEED stages through to final project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Infrastructure, Building Technology or Data Center sectors.
• Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including consultants, main contractors and end‑users.
• Strong solution‑selling skills and experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
