Senior Account Manager – Creative Agency

About the role

Generator Design Agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our creative teams. You will ensure that client visions are translated into compelling brand experiences while maintaining the highest standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing daily communications and long‑term relationships.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs and guide internal teams through execution.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to prevent any slip‑ups.
• Facilitate collaboration across design, strategy, content, and development teams.
• Lead client presentations, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews with professionalism.
• Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and identify upselling or growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage expectations, and keep projects moving forward.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in branding, creative or digital agencies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital design, and content production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
