Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to lead our business development efforts in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), lighting solutions, and energy management technologies. The role focuses on managing key client accounts, promoting sustainable smart‑building solutions, and driving growth across hospitality, real‑estate and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in hospitality, real‑estate and commercial markets.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for GRMS, lighting and energy‑management projects.
• Provide technical consultation and tailor solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or account‑management experience in GRMS, lighting or energy‑management industries.
• Familiarity with building automation, smart lighting and energy‑saving technologies.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and the MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English.
• Target‑driven, customer‑focused mindset with a passion for sustainability.
