Senior Account Manager (OEM / Distributor Ecosystem)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and expand our automotive vertical within the electric‑vehicle (EV) ecosystem. You will own relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers and showroom networks, driving revenue and integrating EV charging solutions across the full value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with automotive OEMs, national distributors, agents, dealer networks and showrooms.
• Drive EV charger sales and bundled hardware‑software‑service solutions.
• Develop and execute dealer‑level activation strategies.
• Train, influence and motivate showroom sales teams to promote EV and charging solutions.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities such as charger upgrades, maintenance contracts and software integration.
• Build a structured pipeline and ensure disciplined conversion.
• Coordinate internally with marketing, technical and operations teams.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in automotive OEM/distributor sales or aftermarket/dealer network management.
• Strong account management in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to influence non‑direct sales teams (showrooms).
• Prior experience in EV, mobility or related industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, field‑oriented approach with willingness to spend significant time with clients and partners.
• Results‑driven commercial mindset with structured execution.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, margin understanding and basic deal structuring.
