Senior Accountant

About the role

CTI is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead its Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and supporting the company’s financial operations. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices, securing proper approvals and documentation.
• Validate contracts and payment terms before executing payments.
• Prepare and execute vendor and consultant payments promptly.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor master data and supplier records.
• Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax compliance requirements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure accounting records align with company policies.
• Utilize ERP systems for AP processing and reporting, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Background in a service‑oriented company (e.g., CRO, healthcare services, consulting, contracting).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP system).
