About the role

We are expanding our finance team in Maadi, Cairo and are looking for a high‑performing Senior Accountant with solid experience in the importing and spare‑parts sector. The role focuses on full‑cycle accounting, tax compliance, and leveraging Odoo ERP to streamline daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, inventory reconciliations, and month‑end / year‑end closings.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the complete accounting document cycle (الدورة المستندية) and maintain internal controls.
  • Handle Egyptian tax portals, e‑invoicing, and tax audit processes.
  • Utilize Odoo ERP to automate and optimize accounting workflows.

Required profile

  • 5‑6 years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant.
  • Direct background in importing and spare‑parts trading.
  • Advanced hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP (Accounting module).
  • IFRS certification or diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and electronic tax platforms.
  • Residing in Cairo or Giza is preferred.
