Senior Accounting & Tax Advisory Consultant

About the role

Morsi M Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant with a solid accounting background to join its fast‑growing advisory team in the UAE. The role blends accounting, tax and advisory work across a variety of industries, offering exposure to both financial reporting and corporate tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and review IFRS‑aligned accounting and financial reporting deliverables for UAE clients.
• Support and execute UAE Corporate Tax and VAT engagements.
• Perform financial analysis, forecasting and modeling assignments.
• Contribute to broader advisory projects covering finance, tax and operational topics.
• Interact directly with clients, managing day‑to‑day communication and expectations.
• Help build internal processes, templates and knowledge resources.

Required profile

• CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in advisory, audit or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to structure thoughts clearly.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• IFRS‑aligned financial reporting.
• UAE Corporate Tax knowledge (plus).
• VAT compliance and advisory.
• Financial analysis.
• Financial modeling.
