Senior After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior After Sales Service Engineer to drive sales growth of Daikin’s replacement solutions across Egypt. You will build strong relationships with customers, identify replacement and AMC opportunities, and deliver technical and commercial solutions that reinforce Daikin’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for DX, VRV/VRF and Chiller replacement projects.
• Identify, develop and convert new replacement and service opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, contractors, end users and facility‑management companies.
• Expand the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customer base through proactive business development.
• Prepare equipment selections, technical proposals and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, review contractual terms and coordinate logistics for timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, support customers throughout the project lifecycle and follow up on payments and AMC collections.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in after‑sales service and technical sales of HVAC solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with consultants, contractors, end users and facility‑management firms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of DX HVAC systems.
• Experience with VRV/VRF technology.
• Familiarity with Chiller systems.
