Senior AI & Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI & Software Engineer to help build a sophisticated AI‑native platform. The role is highly hands‑on, covering AI architecture, backend engineering, system design, performance, reliability and production delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production‑grade LLM and AI‑powered systems, including RAG, embeddings, vector search and knowledge graphs.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs, optimize PostgreSQL and data‑intensive applications.
• Develop asynchronous, event‑driven and distributed architectures, and improve system observability and reliability.
• Establish automated testing, end‑to‑end validation and AI evaluation frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent expertise.
• Strong hands‑on experience building production AI/LLM applications and designing scalable systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English with ability to communicate complex technical concepts.

• Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
• PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization
• Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• RAG, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG
