Senior Analyst, IT Applications

About the role

Hikma is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide first‑line support for its IT applications, primarily focusing on SAP systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for business users, ensuring that application issues are resolved quickly to minimise disruption to daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to business users for application and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that affect application services and business processes.
• Track, manage, and report support issues with proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Analyze support tickets, own investigations, and drive issues to resolution.
• Escalate complex problems and improvement proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team.
• Maintain minimal disruption to daily SAP operations through proactive support.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP modules.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and user‑support skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
