Senior Analyst, Payroll

About the role

RSA is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Global Payroll Team. In this fast‑paced environment you will ensure that all payroll‑related activities are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and guarantee timely salary payments for all employees.
• Handle off‑cycle payments and respond promptly to employee payroll queries.
• Manage government‑related payments such as pension, social contributions, and taxes.
• Consolidate payroll changes, execute validation and reconciliation, and prepare control reports.
• Post all payroll payments to the accounting system and prepare manual bookings when required.
• Provide regular reporting to finance partners, including GL entries and cash forecasts.
• Support HR and related departments (pension, insurance, commissions, etc.) and submit internal payroll reports to leadership.
• Assist with audits, workers’ compensation, tax filings, and other compliance activities.
• Participate in payroll‑related projects to improve processes.
