Senior AR Accountant

About the role

Link Datacenter is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior AR Accountant to lead the accounts receivable function. You will ensure timely collections, accurate invoicing, and proper revenue recognition while supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and prepare AR aging reports.
• Ensure accurate posting of receipts and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve billing issues.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing related to AR and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Assist in improving AR processes, controls, and reporting.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Mentor or support junior AR accountants as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
