Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the development of architectural designs and technical solutions across all project phases. The role involves translating client requirements into compliant, high‑quality documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schematic designs, design development, construction documents and IFC packages.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and technical documentation.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP and other disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations and client specifications.
• Review consultant and subcontractor submissions and support project managers in design coordination.
• Assist in preparing presentations, design reports and client submissions.
• Conduct quality reviews and participate in site visits to address technical queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural design experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the full design process from schematic to IFC documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
