Senior Architect - Working drawing & Revit

About the role

Elgabaly Architects is seeking a Senior Architect with strong expertise in working drawings and Revit to lead design projects from concept through completion. The role involves translating client needs into detailed architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from brief to final delivery, defining requirements and schedules.
• Interpret client needs, produce rough plans, and develop detailed working drawings.
• Research and select materials, products, and construction methods.
• Supervise project progress and review architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensure all documentation complies with governmental health and safety standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Coordinate with clients to address issues promptly and meet project specifications.
• Mentor junior designers, overseeing site plans, permit drawings, and renderings.
• Prepare comprehensive design packages, including permit drawings, foundation plans, floor plans, and interior finish selections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex design‑build projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
