Senior Architectural Designer – Interior Finishing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer to join our Internal Finishing & Design office. The role focuses on translating design concepts into detailed, construction‑ready solutions for interior finishing projects, using advanced 3D visualization and BIM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior finishing concepts for a variety of projects.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate accurate shop drawings that align with approved design intent and construction standards.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and photorealistic renders for client presentations.
• Build and manage BIM models in Revit, ensuring coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Produce and review AutoCAD layouts, details, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to verify design feasibility and support on‑site execution.
• Conduct site visits to confirm that as‑built conditions match design specifications.
• Review material specifications, finishes, and detailing for quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure all deliverables meet relevant codes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural finishing, fit‑out, or interior architecture.
• Strong eye for design, proportion, and spatial detailing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
