Senior Architecture – Working Drawings Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional who can turn design concepts into precise construction documents. The role bridges consultancy experience on mega‑scale projects with hands‑on execution, ensuring that every detail is coordinated and build‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue detailed working drawings and construction documents.
• Translate schematic designs into fully coordinated architectural tender packages and Bill of Quantities.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines for seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes, regulations and quality standards.
• Support project planning, resourcing and delivery across multiple sites.
• Address site queries, provide constructability solutions and technical support during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 7–10 years of consultancy experience on mega projects, especially during drawing and tender phases.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in architectural detailing and coordination.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and client‑site liaison abilities.
