Senior Associate – Copilot & Power Platform Developer

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate who will design, build and operate AI‑driven Copilot solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role combines technical ownership of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform with the delivery of secure, scalable AI services for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Shape, assess and implement AI and Copilot use cases in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Design, develop and operate Copilot agents, integrating tools and data through APIs, Dataverse and external systems.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate together with Copilot capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, data‑loss‑prevention and governance requirements.
• Test, optimise and monitor AI solutions in production.
• Conduct workshops to evaluate AI potential, risks and implementation options.
• Provide architectural guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal standards and best practices for Copilot and AI solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related technical field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security, governance and DLP concepts.
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures and agent‑based systems.
