Senior Associate Frontend Engineer (React)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Associate Frontend Engineer (React) to take ownership of the design and delivery of scalable, high‑quality web applications. In this role you will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, lead feature delivery, and ensure engineering excellence across the development lifecycle while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of frontend features, from requirement clarification through design, development, testing and deployment.
• Design, build and maintain performant, maintainable React applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including component structure, state‑management strategy and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical direction within project workstreams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with ownership of feature delivery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns).
• Experience with state‑management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query.
• Solid understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous programming.
