Senior Associate, Marketing

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Senior Associate – Marketing to support the execution of branding and communication initiatives for AMBU assets across multiple markets. The role will work closely with Brand Managers, digital teams, internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute branding campaigns, initiatives and content roll‑outs across assigned assets and markets.
• Coordinate production and delivery of branding materials, including creatives, copy, toolkits and templates.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, visual identity standards and tone of voice.
• Localise brand campaigns and content to meet asset and market requirements.
• Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
• Support campaign rollout, quality control and brand compliance audits across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Maintain brand assets, content libraries, trackers, calendars and campaign documentation.
• Assist with reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing and administrative coordination for branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination or content execution.
• Experience in retail, real estate, hospitality or other consumer‑facing industries is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with strong execution skills.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, stakeholder‑focused and committed to brand consistency and quality.
