Senior Associate Product Designer

About the role

The Senior Associate Product Designer will shape the visual and interactive experience of ETIC’s technology products. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will translate product strategy into intuitive, engaging user interfaces that meet real user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define innovative visual and experiential directions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end visual design process, from concept sketches to final hand‑off for development.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve the overall user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the product suite.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design work.
• Excellent visual design sensibility with a focus on usability.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly) and an interest in generative AI for design.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and rapid prototyping.
