Senior Associate – SAP Data Migration (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead SAP data migration activities within its ETIC practice in Cairo. You will work on end‑to‑end migration projects for SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data migration strategies, plans and timelines.
• Manage ETL processes, extracting, transforming and loading data from legacy systems to SAP.
• Utilise SAP migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on migration tools.
• Collaborate with business owners, functional consultants and technical teams to define data requirements and validate mappings.
• Monitor migration progress, report issues and risks, and ensure compliance with data‑quality standards.
• Oversee testing activities, including mock loads, validation cycles and cut‑over planning.
• Lead a team of associates and external consultants as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with SAP data migration projects (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of data‑migration methodologies and governance.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
