Senior Associate - SAP FICO

About the role

PwC ETIC is hiring a Senior Associate in SAP FICO in Cairo. You will deliver end-to-end financial and controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA, working with cross-functional teams, supporting client engagements and helping design, configure and implement SAP FICO modules. The role combines functional expertise with proactive problem solving and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules: General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA), Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting, Margin Analysis and Material Ledger.
• Customize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules according to client requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in development.
• Take part in data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live support.
• Provide training and documentation for key users and end-users.
• Work with clients to understand their business processes and recommend best practices.
• Stay up to date on SAP innovations and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including its new functionalities and Fiori apps.
• Familiarity with the differences between ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, RE-FX, etc.).
