Senior Associate – SAP FICO (S/4HANA)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in SAP FICO, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end financial and controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support client engagements, and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules. This role demands functional expertise and a proactive approach to problem‑solving and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Customize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams in development.
• Participate in data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and provide go‑live support.
• Provide training and documentation for key users and end‑users.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of new functionalities and Fiori apps.
• Understanding of financial processes and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, RE‑FX).
