Senior Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

About the role

PwC's advisory practice in its SAP Cloud practice is looking for a certified Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join its team. The role works with clients to transform their enterprise processes using SAP S/4HANA Cloud essentials edition, helping them strengthen core transaction processing and reporting so they can better support management decisions. The consultant must have hands-on experience delivering at least two full-cycle EC implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Gather client business requirements and turn them into system configurations.
• Configure EC modules such as employee data, workflows, business rules and organizational structures.
• Run system testing, validate data and deliver user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Time Management and IT.

Required profile

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory).
• At least 2 full-lifecycle EC implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding and Performance & Goals.
• Exposure to integration tools such as SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
