Senior Associate – Software Testing (SAP)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead software testing initiatives for SAP solutions. You will design and execute test strategies, manage testing cycles, and ensure high‑quality delivery for medium to large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for SAP applications.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and manage SIT/UAT cycles.
• Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define test objectives and review UAT strategies.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency.
• Conduct risk analysis, prioritize testing activities, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry best practices and drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
