Senior BIM Architect

About the role

NLDS+ Partners is seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead the creation and coordination of architectural BIM models for high‑profile projects across the GCC. The role is based in Alexandria and requires residency in the city. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver clash‑free, high‑quality construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Prepare Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CD), and IFC packages.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure clash‑free, fully coordinated models.
• Produce construction drawings, schedules, and technical documentation of high quality.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain model quality, accuracy, and consistency during the project lifecycle.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project planning, delivery, and technical decision‑making.
• Mentor junior BIM architects and help improve internal BIM workflows and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and LOD 200‑500 standards.
• Experience producing Design Development and Construction Documentation.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing and construction systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• GCC project experience is a strong advantage.
• Residency in Alexandria is required.
