Senior BIM Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architectural Engineer with at least six years of experience in the construction sector to lead and support the delivery of high‑quality BIM projects on site. The role is based in 6th October City and requires a strong construction background to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and coordinate BIM models in Revit to achieve LOD 400 standards.
• Collaborate with technical office teams and on‑site personnel to integrate architectural, structural and MEP information.
• Maintain BIM workflows, ensure data consistency, and support project documentation.
• Provide BIM guidance and training to junior team members.
• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate model updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 + years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a construction company.
• Proven experience in construction and technical office projects.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with LOD 400 deliverables.
