Senior Business Analyst – Card Payments

About the role

Network International is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business improvements and digital innovation within its card payments, acquiring, and new banking services. You will work closely with product managers, IT, operations, and external partners to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for acquiring and issuer card payment products, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with technology teams according to statements of work and assist project managers in scope definition.
• Ensure process compliance with departmental standards and contribute to a shared BAs documentation library.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, banks, processors, and acquirers.
• Engage vendors and third‑party providers to evaluate new technologies that improve the card payment experience.
• Participate in workshops, presentations, and client discussions to gather feedback and present solutions.
• Support regulatory compliance and risk management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with product, IT, operations, and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
